dc.description.abstract | This project sought to preach Christ from the Old Testament at Bruner's Chapel Baptist Church. Chapter 1 introduces Bruner's Chapel Baptist Church and the surrounding community. Chapter 2 establishes a biblical and theological basis for the project. The paper investigates the methods that New Testament Authors used to present Christ from the Old Testament. Chapter 3 examines the various approaches to preaching Christ from history. Three historical eras are investigated, the early church, the reformation, and the modern day church. Chapter 4 explains the process undertaken in implementing the project. Chapter 5 analyzes and evaluates the results of the project. | en_US |
