North Phoenix Baptist Church has been a powerhouse for the gospel in the past and they still have a great future ahead of them. A cultural change and a strategic plan is going to be vital to the future of the church and a determining factor in whether or not they continue to reach the city around them. This project is aimed to successfully create and implement a strategic plan that will allow NPHX to be a Gospel centered church that reaches the lost in the heart of Phoenix, Arizona.

Chapter 2 then provides the biblical and theological basis for creating and implementing a strategic plan. The chapter focuses on the book of Nehemiah. This book will be great insight to the importance of a strategic plan but also the reality of the opposition that comes with a strategic plan. Chapter 3 focuses on understanding the pastor, present and future of NPHX. Knowing the cultural values of the church is vital to the success of the implementation of NPHX. Chapter 4 details the week-by-week strategic plan and process. Chapter 5 concludes with an overall evaluation of the project, and will focus on the strengths and weaknesses of the project. | en_US |
