dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this project was to identify and understand the dynamics of decisive leadership in teams. Chapter 1 provides an overview of the purpose, rationale, and goals of the project, as well as an overview of the organizational contexts examined in this study. Chapter 2 explores the biblical and theological arguments for Godly wisdom and its implications for decisive leadership. Chapter 3 establishes a working taxonomy of common decision-making traps and presents a paradigm for practicing decisive leadership in organizations. Chapter 4 reports the findings that emerged from the interviews conducted using the qualitative survey instrument “Assessing Decision-Making Practices.” Chapter 5 evaluates the project’s goals, weaknesses, strengths, and concludes with the author’s reflections. | en_US |
