Abstract
This project aimed to equip members of Rock Hill Baptist Church with knowledge and basic skills of biblical counseling. Chapter 2 presents an exegesis of pertinent Scripture (2 Tim 3:16-17; Eph 4:7-16; Gal 5:25-6-6; and Rom 15:1-6) to support the thesis that the Bible instructs the act of communicating biblical truths for the sanctification of fellow believers. Chapter 3 is an essay on practical methodologies for enhancing biblical counseling skills for effective interpersonal ministry. Chapter 4 reports on the project implementation by detailing the curriculum development and the transmitting of the curriculum. Chapter 5 is an evaluation of the project based on designated goals. This project has enhanced the abilities of members to support one another in times of need and in the process of sanctification.
