This project seeks to equip members of the Radiant Life Christian Ministry in Nigerian to mentor Biblically. Chapter 1 presents the history and ministry context of RLCF and the goals of this project. Chapter 2 explains three passages of scriptures, Ruth 1-4, Mark 3:14, and Second Timothy 2:2, to show that when Christians are mentored biblically, the church becomes the leadership locus of the marketplace in any society. Chapter 3 presents the historical and current mentoring best practices principles. Chapter 4 describes the project itself, recounting the content and teaching methodology of the specific course curriculum. Chapter 5 evaluates the efficacy of the project based on the completion of specified goals. Ultimately, this project seeks to equip Christians with the boldness and skills needed to intentionally and consistently develop Christian leaders for the world’s marketplace through mentoring.en_US
